Nathan's leaving - Connor Burgess

Nathan has left the sixth form and has moved on to an apprenticeship. This means that Group 2 is now just myself and Michael Hickey, we will now be taking over the workload that we gave to Nathan for the rest of the coursework.

My own music video analysis (Nathan Kearns)

I wanted to attempt to add some things to the music video to give it my own touch. I was able to analyse the original video properly and change what I wanted to change. When I looked at it the first time I thought I could do so many things to make it better but when I tried to do my own I found out we didn't have enough clips to make major changes.

I really disliked the first few seconds of the video so I found a certain 2 second clip I could put at the start to make it better. When I tried do this I found out the sync of the song was completely messed up and it was unfixable without looking stupid. I tired to make the clip shorter so the song would be in sync but this meant it would be that short that I didn't have time to put a opening title on it.

UK Top 40 Chart Update #5 (Nathan Kearns)

Over the past dew months, Hoziers single (Take Me To Church) has been a real success in the UK. The single has gone from being number 38 in the charts to number 5 in the space of 3 weeks. The song has been noticed by many people who have been downloading it from ITunes. Above is the official BBC Radio 1 website and as you can see it is sitting in number 5.

The song has also been a massive hit on Youtube with over 69 million views. When we came up with the idea to use this song it only had around 5 million views.   

Group Twitter Account - Connor Burgess

After creating the Facebook page I have decided to create a Twitter profile so that my group are on both of the internet's biggest social media websites. 

This account is more secure than the Facebook page because I have created it with the email that I created for the rest of my group to access for this account and the email address. We are going to create a hashtag to use for all of the tweets so it is something that the followers can once again associate our group with.

The logo that is going to be created for the Facebook page will also be used for the Twitter account. The link for the Twitter account is here https://twitter.com/chchsgroup2
